Job summary

Ensemble Schools is seeking a part-time Pre-K Dance Instructor for Production Company Dance Centre in Longmont, CO. You will teach Ballet, Tap and Jazz to children aged 3–6, delivering high-energy, engaging in-person sessions on Saturdays when possible.

The role requires strong ballet experience, the ability to choreograph and rehearse routines, and effective communication with community venues and clients. Healthcare and 401K options are offered to part-time teachers.

• Ability to choreograph, clean and rehearse routines independently.

About the Position

Are you a passionate dance instructor who loves working with children? Ensemble Schools is seeking an experienced Ballet, Tap, and Jazz Pre-K Dance Instructor to inspire and nurture the next generation of students at Production Company Dance Centre. Our growing studio in Longmont, CO focuses on providing quality instruction in a safe environment. We're seeking instructors who can deliver engaging, in-person lessons and contribute to the vibrant dance community. Our positive classrooms are staffed by amazing teachers who go beyond teaching dance technique to develop important life skills in students because PCDC is about More Than Just Great Dancing!®

We are currently looking for a Pre-K Dance Teacher to teach ages 3-6. We’d especially love someone who is available on Saturdays, but are open to other days of the week.

We’re really looking for someone who is:

• High-energy and engaging with kids of all ages
• Organized, responsible, and comfortable communicating with community venues and clients
• Significant experience performing and teaching ballet
• Able to choreograph, clean, and rehearse routines independently
• Comfortable working with a wide range of skill levels (beginner through teen)
• Experienced in music editing/cutting

Compensation & Growth:

• Pay range: $20–$28/hour, based on experience
