Primrose School of Bridgeland is seeking a caring, energetic Pre-K Assistant Teacher to join our team. You will support the Lead Teacher in delivering the Balanced Learning curriculum and create engaging, hands-on activities that bring lessons to life with bright classroom displays.

We’re looking for someone who loves working with young children, enjoys crafting, and is excited to bring our curriculum to life.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with preschoolers is preferred.
• Ability to follow a structured curriculum and adapt activities for young learners.
• Strong communication skills with families and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in implementing our Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Create engaging, hands-on learning activities that align with the curriculum.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
• Encourage children's social, emotional, and academic growth through play and exploration.
