Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking energetic Assistant Teachers to support daily care and learning in our classrooms. You will follow licensing guidelines, engage with children, and communicate with families while implementing developmentally appropriate activities.

Qualifications

• Associates in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related or an active CDA in Preschool.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop observing, assessment, and planning for children and communicate with families.
• Complete training on child care, preschool, and development topics.
• Implement curriculum and create fun, interactive learning experiences.
