Job summary

KinderCare in Orlando is hiring a Child Care Assistant to support teachers with implementing the curriculum and State Pre-K requirements, ensuring each child’s safety and opportunities to learn.

You will partner with families, center staff, and community partners to create a nurturing environment, meet guidelines, and contribute to enrollment, accreditation, and ongoing engagement. Physical effort includes lifting up to 40 pounds and working indoors or outdoors.

Qualifications

• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• Able to use a computer with basic proficiency.
• Lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.
