Job summary

St. Agatha Academy in Winchester, KY, is seeking a full-time Preschool Teacher to lead and manage a preschool classroom within a Catholic PreK-8 setting.

Responsibilities include stimulating growth in emotional, intellectual, and social areas, maintaining a safe and orderly environment, and providing continuous care with leadership in the classroom. Certifications in ETRIS and CMG Connect with background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• ETRIS certification required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students in educational or childcare settings is preferred.
• Strong skills in classroom management and behavior management techniques.
• Ability to supervise and work with young students in the classroom or at play
• A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
• A commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all individuals
• High School diploma is required
