Job summary

IPG in Blythewood, SC is seeking a Pre-Fold Machine Operator. You will perform manufacturing tasks in a safety-conscious, productive, quality-focused manner, following work orders and specifications.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, changing over processes, and participating in safety trainings. The role requires teamwork, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training is Monday-Thursday 7am-7pm initially, then Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with basic math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Blythewood Plant Safety Program.
• Follow safety procedures and training.
• Operate material handling devices and handle materials.
• Operate machinery to ensure quality product.
• Follow work orders for product specs.
• Change-over, start-up, monitor, adjust equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Produce and package product at required quality.
• Use measuring and weighing tools accurately.
• Related tasks as requested by Supervisor.
