Job summary

PCC San Leandro is seeking a Trainer to support the Structurals department on site in California. The role focuses on delivering technical training, updating training materials, and validating process adherence to ensure part quality and process integrity.

The Trainer will work with Production Supervisors, Engineers and the Quality group to implement continuous improvement actions and maintain training records.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering training in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency with standard computer tools and ability to update training materials.
• Effective communication and ability to train groups and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training courses (group and individual) for department.
• Evaluate personnel performance and update tech cards.
• Ensure work instructions are followed and validated.
• Assist in auditing, process improvement and corrective actions.
• Coordinate traveler changes and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Support in maintaining department training records and certifications.
