Branco Enterprises, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) Specialist to stage and erect PEMB packages for industrial and commercial projects, installing insulation, cladding, roofing systems, and related components while working safely at heights.

The role requires reading PEMB drawings, planning sequencing, preparing materials, operating cranes/telehandlers, and setting up for efficient on-site installation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year PEMB installation experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75 miles.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous labor.
• Familiar with hand and power tools; able to work independently.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction Card (training available).
• Welding ability and anchor bolt layout/placement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret PEMB drawings/blueprints.
• Plan sequencing and determine required materials.

• Hoist and guide components using cranes or telehandlers; rig and move materials.
• Operate mobile elevated work platforms.
• Install fiberglass insulation, metal cladding, and standing seam roofs.

• Assist with anchor bolt layout and placement as needed.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

This position is primarily field-based and performed in outdoor and indoor construction environments. Work may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, loud noises, and heavy equipment. The role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform manual tasks. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier loads with assistance.
