SharkNinja is seeking a pre-editor to bridge production and post. You’ll receive raw footage, craft compelling hooks, and present multiple structures that stop thumbs. You’ll work with Premiere/Resolve and After Effects to deliver fast, story-driven cuts across formats.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of social video editing experience, a strong reel, and a knack for pacing, sound design, and narrative clarity. This on-site Irvine role offers competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years cutting social video. Brand, agency, creator, or your own channel.
• Reel showing you hold attention and explain why it performed.
• Proficiency with Premiere or Resolve and After Effects.
• Bonus for strong sound design capabilities and fast turnaround.

Responsibilities

• Take raw demo footage and craft multiple edit options.
• Create three hooks and two narrative structures per project.
• Edit for multiple formats: 60s, 30s, 15s, and vertical/square/wide.
• Deliver timely cuts with strong storytelling and pace.
