Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring caregivers to provide in-home non-medical support and companionship, serving clients across the United States. You will join an independently owned and operated national agency focused on compassionate, heart-led care.

As a Caregiver, you will assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, while building strong, professional relationships with clients and their families. Flexible schedules and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to assist with non-medical tasks and provide companionship
• Reliable, punctual, flexible for shifts
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
