Job summary

The Boyd Group in Princeton, TX is seeking a Porter to support vehicle preparation, cleaning customer vehicles prior to delivery, and maintaining the cleanliness of the shop and office facilities.

You will follow the WOW plan, perform daily housekeeping, assist with transporting vehicles to sublet locations, and help keep parking lots, production areas, and equipment organized. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close vision required.
• 18 years or age or older.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including daily emptying of garbage cans, cleaning the floors, and dusting the countertops and work area.
• Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, emptying of waste cans, sweeping the floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning.
• Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete
• Transport of customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
