Job summary

FedEx Corporation in Louisville, KY is seeking a shuttle operations worker for overnight hours to support early morning departures and ensure timely handling of air and ground shipments. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages above 50 lbs with equipment/assistance.
• Ability to work with power and hand tools.
• Must meet FMCSA section 391 qualifications.
• Effective verbal communication in a noisy environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and directions.

Responsibilities

• Performs shuttle functions using a non-articulated vehicle.
• Loads and unloads aircraft/vehicles; sorts packages.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
