Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks an experienced professional to lead turnover and system completions on LNG plant projects in the US Gulf Coast region, with future mobility to other Bechtel Global Business Units as needed. The role coordinates documentation, reporting, and on-site turnover packages for CSU teams, while supervising turnover clerks and coordinators.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Prior experience in construction completion and system turnover.
• Experience with Bechtel BSAPs: SPI, SetRoute, TEAMWorks, Completions Module.
• Prior experience with the Bechtel Completions processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage system scoping against P&IDs and drawings.
• Complete and maintain the Master Commissioning Systems List.
• Provide input to system skyline with scheduling and other team members.
• Coordinates with client representatives to obtain approval on work and processes.
• Manage input of systems into Bechtel databases and develop work flows; identify gaps.
• Develop Turnover process and procedure for permanent plant systems per the contract and agree with the client.
