Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Statistics or Biostatistics required.
• Experience with oncology research preferred.
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as R, Python, SAS, JMP.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex statistics clearly.
• Strong knowledge of experimental design and advanced statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical leadership across multi-disciplinary projects in Drug Discovery.
• Lead design and analysis of in‑vitro and in‑vivo experiments and biomarker analyses.
• Develop training courses on statistical methods for scientists.
• Guide junior staff and manage contracted statistical support.
