Responsibilities

• Develop educational tools and training materials for staff.
• Assist with timekeeping responsibilities as needed.
• Resolve claim edit workqueue items and monitor denials.
• Track and trend data to identify barriers and drive improvements.
• Coordinate physician office service requests with leadership.
