Candidates will learn by supporting crews on job sites, using tools under supervision, and leading safety initiatives. Ideal candidates are safety-minded, eager to learn, and able to perform physically demanding tasks. Qualifications

• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Ability to lift above 50lbs regularly.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as walking, lifting, twisting, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Support field crews with material handling, site organization, and jobsite housekeeping.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely under guidance.
• Assist with install prep and maintain clean work areas.
