Pre Admissions Testing Registered Nurse

Pre Admissions Testing Registered Nurse at Center for Special Surgery.

The Pre Admissions Nurse is responsible for teamwork and coordination of nursing care, including collecting and analyzing assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis, identifying expected outcomes, and developing a plan of care in collaboration with the patient/family and interdisciplinary team members as appropriate. The Pre Admissions Nurse identifies interventions to attain expected outcomes, implements the interventions, evaluates progress toward outcomes, and documents the process, with sensitivity to age‑specific and unique needs of the patient/family.
