Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Four (4) or more years of current related experience and/or training in health care.
• Ability to lead a team under the guidance of the Purchased Referred Care Manager.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day operations of the Purchased Referred Care staff under supervision.
• Oversees continuity of the Purchased Referred Care/Referral process and coordinates updates.
• Attends organizational committee meetings and other meetings as assigned.
• Ensures clients meet eligibility for UIHS and outside providers.
• Coordinates and maintains effective communication across UIHS and with outside providers.
