Job summary

Leland is seeking an experienced PRAXIS tutor to work with aspiring educators preparing for the PRAXIS Core Academic Skills for Educators and related assessments. You will assess each student’s starting point, create a tailored study plan, teach core concepts and test prep strategy, and help students build accuracy, pacing, and confidence leading up to test day.

We're seeking an experienced PRAXIS tutor to work with aspiring educators preparing for the exam across Core Academic Skills for Educators and relevant Subject Assessments. This role includes assessing each student’s starting point, creating a tailored study plan, teaching core concepts and test prep strategy, and helping students build accuracy, pacing, and confidence leading up to test day. Ideal candidates have a strong PRAXIS score, prior tutoring or teaching experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down complex material. Tutors set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
