Long-Lewis Auto Group in Prattville, AL is seeking Certified Diesel Technicians to join our high-volume service team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel vehicles to manufacturer specs while delivering quality work in a fast-paced, family-owned dealership with deep roots in the community.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of diesel experience, holds a valid driver’s license, owns basic tools, and can work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on diesel experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Own standard tools required (specialty tools provided).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Job Description

As a Certified Diesel Technician, you will:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform routine services and complex repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and more.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately to meet customer satisfaction and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
