The RN Practice Supervisor provides clinical and operational leadership for practice-based teams, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and efficient operations. This role supports staff development, customer satisfaction, and performance outcomes through effective supervision and coordination of services. The RN Practice Supervisor Leads, organizes, and coordinates clinical and operational activities to support high-quality patient care. Supervises clinical and office staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Participates in hiring, onboarding, evaluations, and corrective action processes. Promotes a positive work environment and models professional behaviors. Facilitates conflict resolution and addresses customer service concerns. Provides direct staffing support as needed to ensure continuity of care. Develops and manages staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and resource utilization. Coordinates daily operations, prioritizes work, and assigns staff responsibilities. Monitors patient satisfaction and implements improvement initiatives. Supports budget management and identifies cost-containment opportunities. Ensures a safe, therapeutic environment and monitors quality and appropriateness of care. Promotes staff development through training, education, and performance feedback. Maintains collaborative relationships with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams. Ensures compliance with regulatory, licensure, and accreditation standards. Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgment in handling sensitive information. Supports organizational initiatives and adapts to changing priorities.
Education: Graduate of a registered nurse program required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required with demonstrated leadership experience.
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Current Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Virginia required.
Life Support: AHA BLS-HCP required. ACLS and PALS may be required based on assigned work area.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage priorities and support team performance. Demonstrates commitment to a respectful and inclusive work environment.

Compensation Range: $69,721.60 - $104,582.40 Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
