Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC is seeking a Practice Specialist II to support daily operations in the clinical practice. You will schedule appointments, register patients, and provide outstanding customer service while assisting with routine office tasks.

This role includes backup support for Practice Specialist I to ensure smooth workflow. Candidates bring a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service or healthcare experience.

What qualifications you will need

• Required Experience: One year experience in a customer service role or healthcare setting.
• Preferred Experience: Two-year experience in a customer service role or healthcare setting. Experience working with practice management software including scheduling and registration.
