LifeStance Health Lead Practice Coordinator position available in Pooler, GA. You will oversee front office daily activities for the assigned practice locations, ensuring quality customer service for in-person and remote patients and clinicians.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years in healthcare operations or 1+ year in a similar role with strong performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office daily activities for assigned practice locations.
• Ensure quality customer service for in-person and remote patients and clinicians.
• Support patient scheduling, intake, and payments; manage insurance eligibility verifications.
