Job summary

Envision Healthcare is seeking a Practice Coordinator II to streamline administrative and operational tasks in support of the assigned division. You’ll liaison with hospital staff, practice providers, and leadership to ensure timely contracts and smooth credentialing.

The role emphasizes attention to policy adherence, data collection for reporting, and collaboration across departments to maintain efficient provider scheduling and communications.

• Healthcare terminology, billing, and hospital compliance knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills with daily prioritization and follow-up.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting goals.
• Effective communication and teamwork within a facility network.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to complete forms for credentialing, payroll, HR, and legal to ensure timely provider contracts.
• Assist Practice Manager to ensure timeliness of new provider contracts.
• Support Medical Director with staff meeting agendas and maintain attendance/minutes.
• Resolve issues and stay current on policies and procedures.
• Assist Quality Specialists with data collection and reporting.
• Process payroll for providers and align Kronos rules and pay codes.
• Serve as liaison between Operations, Hospital Health System MSO and Credentialing.
• Coordinate credentialing documents to expedite provider processing.
• Support Site Billing Coordinator to complete medical records for billing.
• Attend site visits and develop relationships with providers and leadership.
