As a Practice Manager at our Waterville, ME urgent care clinic, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operational efficiency of the clinic while contributing to its long-term strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare administration, financial management, and team leadership.
Our Waterville location will be our first co-located Urgent Care and Advanced Primary Care site, creating a unique opportunity for collaboration across both practices. A strong Practice Manager will partner closely with the Advanced Primary Care Practice Manager to foster a one-team culture, promote seamless collaboration between Urgent Care and Advanced Primary Care staff, and ensure an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.

Pay Transparency
In order tomaintainequity among team members, ConvenientMD hasestablisheddefined salary ranges for each role. Individual pay isdeterminedbased on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, years of relevant experience, current market conditions, and budget considerations. The pay range listed reflects the potential compensation for this role within this region. In addition to base compensation, Practice Managers at ConvenientMD are eligible for an incentive bonus that is directly tied to clinic performance. Practice Managers overseeing two sites are eligible to earn incentive bonuses for both clinics. Incentive bonuses are paid on a quarterly basis and are designed to reward strong operational and financial performance. Pay Range for this Position
$80,000 - $95,000 USD
