Job summary

Wayne Memorial Hospital Honesdale, Pa is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a fast-paced, multi-specialty practice. You will implement and evaluate policies, coordinate clinical and administrative functions, and maintain service excellence while supervising staff.

The role requires physician-office management experience, knowledge of medical terminology, Excel proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree in management or related healthcare field (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• 1 year prior physician office management experience preferred; preferably in designated specialty; Cardiology, Nephrology and/or GI.
