Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, ME, is seeking a Practice Manager for its Family Practice setting. This role leads practice operations, oversees staff, and supports financial performance and external promotion of the practice within the Medical Group and local medical community.

The position is full-time, daytime hours, Exempt, based at CMME Family Practice in Lewiston. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience is required, with preferred Medical Group background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business or related field or minimum of five years Healthcare leadership/management experience is required.
• Medical Group experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and administrative management to practice operations.
• Plan, develop, and organize workflow and supervise staff.
• Manage the financial performance of the practice and promote the practice within the Medical Group and the greater medical community.
