Capital: Sogeti is seeking a talented Division Practice Manager (DPM) for our Applications & Cloud Technology (ACT) Practice. The DPM is a highly knowledgeable technical professional capable of crafting solutions, presenting to customers, and helping close and deliver large deals with enterprise clients. This individual will contribute to building and growing the ACT Practice service offerings through personal leadership.

Location

This role may be based in either Atlanta or Tampa, with travel expected throughout the Southeast to support client needs as required.

What you will do at Sogeti
  • Manage a high-performance team of IT professionals across ACT domains including cloud solutions, Agile & DevOps, Application Development & Maintenance, O365, Program & Project Management, and cloud computing (mobility, security, reliability, automation, scalability, cost-efficiency).
  • Oversee client engagements, hiring, mentoring, and coaching of team members.
  • Lead hands-on engineering delivery and project oversight.
  • Drive sales and closure of critical projects.
  • Develop service offerings and provide mentorship and education to consultants.
  • Support sales personnel and contribute to pre-sales activities.
  • Lead complex, large-scale strategy, build, implementation, and run engagements.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs focused on business outcomes and storytelling.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing expectations and presenting findings.
  • Own solutioning, client management, and project delivery.
  • Collaborate with account teams and alliance partners on pre-sales activities to support business growth (research, solutioning, and thought leadership).
  • Work on ongoing development of capabilities across the team, development of new assets and contribute to go-to-market (GTM) solutions.
What you will bring
  • 10-15+ years of experience delivering large-scale engagements.
  • Strong expertise across the Applications & Cloud Technology lifecycle and ecosystem technologies including Azure, AWS, and Google/GCP.
  • Strong background in both functional and technical aspects, coupled with a keen business acumen and solid management skills.
  • Proven experience in project and program delivery, business opportunity identification, client relationship cultivation, and new business development.
  • Strategic planning and execution capabilities.
  • Ability to define business cases, measure and report outcomes, and present to executive leadership.
  • Adept at interfacing with clients at any level, executives to engineers.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on technical expertise and ability to mentor teams.
Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with pay transparency obligations. The base salary range for the tagged location is $150,000 - $200,000. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
