Summary:
  1. In collaboration with leadership, the Practice Manager provides strategic operational leadership, supervision, and direction regarding all administrative, financial, regulatory, quality, human resources, patient/employee satisfaction, and clinical aspects for a complex practice.
  2. Ensures management of daily practice operations, including patient scheduling, billing, quality care, financial goals, staff retention, workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and facility management.
  3. Education or Equivalent Experience: H.S. Diploma/GED required; 4+ years relevant experience including at least 1-year management experience in healthcare.
  4. Responsibilities include managing internal and external relationships, patient care processes, clinical effectiveness, regulatory compliance, change management, and financial management.
  5. Participation in practice financial strategies, budgeting, and general accountabilities such as staffing and reporting.
  6. Additional duties may include supporting research and academic activities.
