Position Overview:As the Practitioner Manager at Optimum Care Hospital Group, you are the heart of our operational excellence. With your rich blend of managerial expertise, hospital immersion, and data analysis prowess, you will lead a team dedicated to raising the bar in patient care. Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift (But should be available after hours and over the weekend)

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Oklahoma City, OK: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Hospital Network Stewardship:

• Frequent visits to each hospital within our network will be your norm. Engage with staff, participate in departmental discussions, and be the conduit for operational insights.
• Forge strong relationships with hospital administrators and department heads, cultivating an environment of collaboration and shared success.

Physician and Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Your affinity for people will shine as you build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians and clinical teams. Together, we will drive exceptional patient outcomes.
• Apply your data analyst background to provide insights and recommendations that elevate clinical performance and patient satisfaction.

Data-Inspired Excellence:

• You’ll be our data whisperer, transforming raw information into actionable intelligence. Analyse, interpret, and present operational and clinical data that fuels our journey towards continuous improvement.
