Geode Health is a rapidly growing, national provider of outpatient mental health services. Our Mission is to “Transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable and effective”.

We are looking for a passionate Practice Manager. The ideal candidate will be motivated to join a quickly growing organization and excited to help us improve the care experience for patients and providers. The Practice Manager oversees the day-to-day operations at the office. Most importantly, we’re looking to bring someone into our team who is excited about our mission to improve mental healthcare across the country. Responsibilities range from administrative duties to supporting the clinic’s team.

Practice Manager Job Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain professional and positive relationships with patients and staff
  2. Lead by example to ensure team successes
  3. Monitor and ensure all systems used in the Office are operating at peak effectiveness
  4. Provide weekly and monthly reporting
  5. Train and supervise office personnel and create training materials
  6. Maintain patient data according to company policies
  7. Guarantee records are stored securely
  8. Handle equipment and supply ordering and resolve issues
  9. Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual operational checklists
  10. Ensure compliance with privacy and security regulations
  11. Manage the appearance of the office
  12. Maintain facilities and equipment in accordance with hygiene standards
  13. Manage safety regulations including OSHA compliance
  14. Monitor and maintain the office budget

Education and Experience Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  2. 2-4 years of management experience
  3. Healthcare experience (preferred)
  4. Experience building and overseeing clinical offices
