Job summary

Rockefeller Capital Management offers a ten-week Summer Analyst internship designed to immerse you in the Practice Management function within Rockefeller Global Family Office. The program provides hands-on exposure to advisor team effectiveness, business growth, operational efficiency, and scalable execution.

Analysts partner with cross-functional teams to gather information, build analytics, maintain tools, and translate priorities into actionable workstreams, with a focus on wealth management,

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, data analytics, management, operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize data, summarize findings, and translate information into insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfort building structured trackers, tables, charts, summaries, and presentation-ready materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication for business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate practice management initiatives with project plans, trackers, timelines, and meeting notes.
• Gather, organize, and summarize data related to advisor teams, growth opportunities, and operations.
• Create and maintain Excel-based tools, dashboards, and reporting materials for decision-making.
• Support advisor business planning sessions with pre-read materials, data summaries, agendas, and outputs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across practice management, regional teams, and operations for coordinated execution.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and create reusable templates and standard operating tools.
