JOB DESCRIPTION: In accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations, the LPN is responsible for attending to patients nursing needs in the office setting and over the phone under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Provider. The LPN is responsible for the care and treatment of patients according to the standards of nursing practice. He/she will demonstrate a pleasant disposition to patients, families, and coworkers. Patient confidentiality will be maintained at all times.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is required.
• CPR Certification.
• Mental and physical health sufficient to meet the demands of the position.
