Specialty1 Partners’ Triangle Implant Center in Mequon, WI seeks a Practice Lead to optimize daily operations and coordinate front office and clinical activities. This role supports staff as a resource, helps maintain a smooth, efficient, patient-centered environment, and collaborates with the Practice Administrator.

The ideal candidate has leadership or mentorship experience, strong communication, and proficiency with dental practice management software.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of similar experience in a dental setting.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of administrative and/or clinical workflows.
• Proficiency in dental practice management software.
• Positive, team-first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Reliable, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods.

Our office, Triangle Implant Center - Mequon, is seeking a Practice Lead to join our busy specialty practice. The Practice Lead plays a key role in supporting the daily flow of the practice by helping to coordinate front office and clinical activities. Thisteam memberserves as a resource for staff, steps intoassistwhere needed, and helpsmaintaina smooth, efficient, and positive environment for patients and team members.

Your Responsibilities:

Position Base Pay Range

$23 - $26 USD
