LifeStance Health is seeking a Practice Group Manager in Charlotte, NC to provide direction, coaching, and operational leadership for multiple offices. You will monitor workflows, clinician and patient satisfaction, and financial performance in collaboration with leadership.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with healthcare leadership experience or equivalent, and a track record in healthcare leadership. On-site, competitive compensation with quarterly incentive potential is offered.

The Practice Group Manager will be on site to provide direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians in their assigned offices serving as local culture carriers and an extension of operations leadership. They will monitor workflow processes, outcomes, clinician/patient satisfaction and performance measures to ensure their offices are meeting or exceeding the established clinical, operational, and financial objectives set in cooperation with leadership.
Starting at $70,000/per year, plus quarterly bonus/incentive potential.
