Holland & Knight seeks a Practice Development Manager to advance the firm’s Litigation marketing goals. Based at one of several offices (Atlanta included), you will be the primary contact for attorneys to generate client opportunities, craft messaging, and collaborate across practices to pursue revenue opportunities.
The role requires building strategic plans, managing budgets, and coordinating with PR and marketing teams to highlight top attorneys and successful work products.

Practice Development Manager – Launched to advance the business development and marketing goals and objectives of the Firm’s Litigation Section. The Practice Development Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for attorneys to facilitate client opportunities, develop key messaging for better positioning in the market, and collaborate across practices to identify and pursue leading revenue‑generating opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree required.
6-10 years of experience, preferably in a legal or professional services marketing environment.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Moderate or advanced keyboard usage.
