Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in legal talent, HR, practice management, or a related function within a law firm or professional services organization.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting workforce data and preparing management reports.
• Experience working with HR systems and reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with practice group leadership on attorney talent planning and development initiatives.
• Track attorney headcount, hiring activity, utilization, and retention trends to support business planning.
• Prepare reports and analyze talent metrics related to staffing, performance, promotions, and workforce planning.
• Work closely with Finance to support headcount forecasting, productivity reporting, and business analysis.
• Coordinate attorney performance review cycles, development programs, and other talent initiatives.
• Help maintain and improve talent management systems, reporting tools, and related processes.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve attorney engagement, retention, and overall talent strategy.
• Support special projects focused on organizational planning, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
