ECPI University seeks a nursing educator to join our Charlotte, NC campus. This onsite role focuses on teaching five-week courses in a hands-on, student-centered classroom or with our clinical partners.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing, have 3–5 years of nursing experience, and possess an unrestricted RN license in NC. A Master’s in Nursing is preferred, with prior undergraduate teaching experience considered an asset.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution.
• Master's in Nursing preferred.
• Current unrestricted RN license in the state of NC.

ECPI University looks for creative and motivated Nursing professionals that truly enjoy sharing their industry experience with future nurses. This is an ideal position for the nursing professional looking to be that educator. Our terms are five weeks in length, and the class sizes are small which provides the perfect opportunity for the faculty to share their knowledge in the campus classroom or with our many clinical partners.

Qualifications

Education/Credentials (North Carolina campuses):

• Bachelors degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited educational institution required
• Masters degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited educational institution preferred
• Current unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse in the State in which the program is licensed

Experience

• 3-5 years of recent work as a nurse within the past 10 years
• Previous experience in Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Medical/Surgical, Behavioral Health, or Critical Care departments
• Prior undergraduate teaching experience preferred
