Interdependence, a strategic integrated marketing and communications firm, seeks a senior PR leader to guide healthcare and pharmaceutical client programs. You will drive strategy, mentor senior and junior teams, and oversee campaigns from concept to measurable results in a fully remote setting.

The role emphasizes media relations, FDA-regulated communications, and expert client service with senior stakeholders.

Competenze

• Minimum 12 years PR experience, mostly agency setting.
• At least 7 years in a team leadership role.
• Experience managing, mentoring and reviewing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, AP style.
• Understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical media, FDA regulations.
• Established media contacts and top-tier coverage track record.
• Strong client service, coaching C-suite stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fully remote team environment.
• Bachelor's degree required.
