Sammis|Ochoa is seeking a full-time digital marketing manager to join our in-house agency team in Texas. You will lead creative PR efforts for exciting clients, craft digital and media campaigns, and guide a talented account team to deliver measurable results.

You’ll develop pitch angles, nurture media relationships across print, digital, podcast, and broadcast, and stay ahead of industry trends. Hybrid work: in-office Mon–Wed, with Thursday/Friday remote.

Note: Sammis|Ochoa is currently in the office on a hybrid basis, working 3 1/2 days a week in the office (In Office: Monday – Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m., Thursday, 8:30 – 12 p.m. Remote: Thursday afternoons, and Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.)

How you’ll make an impact:

This role will give you a rare opportunity to be in an in-house agency leading creative PR efforts for exciting and innovative companies.

Work along-side clients and craft digital and media campaigns that include strategy, goals, and tactics, and then bring them to life.

Mentor your strong and capable account team, helping them flourish into future leaders (public relations coordinator, digital media coordinator, and assistant).

Craft creative pitch angles that position clients uniquely from their competitor set and earn placement, month over month.

Develop and maintain human relationships with media in print, digital, podcast, and broadcast, leading to regular placement as well as feature stories.

Cultivate new and unexpected places for clients to appear, demonstrating the ability to constantly think big and extraordinary!

Keep a beat on industry news, as well as news around the city, that impact clients and make strategic communication recommendations surrounding them.
