Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art seeks a Public Relations Coordinator to expand awareness of the institution and its public offerings. The role supports message development, media monitoring, media relations, and travel for visiting media across Crystal Bridges and The Momentary.

We value writing, storytelling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and impactful campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Associate’s degree or higher in PR, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
• Knowledge of performing arts marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency with Meltwater, Office suites, and project/event tools.

Responsabilités

• Support PR campaigns and key audience research to generate awareness.
• Coordinate with departments to align content, plans, assets and timelines.
• Review and distribute press content and internal communications.
• Coordinate media travel and assist with media relations and inquiries.
• Maintain key messages and FAQ documents.
• Collaborate with PR agencies and community partners.
• Assist in creating press kits, social media toolkits, and media outreach.
• Monitor media coverage and track press mentions weekly.
