Position Title: PQE Analyst (Professional Qualification Evaluator)Location: Martinsburg, WVClearance required: Unclassified (no personnel security clearance required)Scope of Work: Performs Professional Qualification Evaluation (PQE) support for the National Maritime Center Mariner Credentialing Program. Evaluates and processes mariner applications for Merchant Mariner Credentials (MMCs) to verify conformance with regulatory requirements.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Evaluate and process mariner applications for Merchant Mariner Credentials (MMCs).Perform Professional Qualification Evaluation reviews of units of work in accordance with program standards.Support the full range of technical services required to meet the mission needs of the National Maritime Center.Must demonstrate successful completion of Level I, Level II, and Level III training courses provided by the Government.Must possess proficiency as a Level III Professional Qualification Evaluator, verified through documented experience reviewing units of work with a demonstrated error rate of less than 9%.
