Job summary

Parkview Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to support daily clinical and clerical operations at a walk‑in clinic in Auburn, IN. You will work with the clinical team to deliver quality patient care and efficient provider support through clear communication.

The position requires completion of a medical assistant program, CPR certification, and CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, or CMAC certification eligibility. On-site role with weekend rotation and potential for a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a medical assistant program that meets certification eligibility requirements.
• Must be a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through AAMA or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through AMT or CCMA through NHA or NCMA through NCCT or CMAC through AMCA.
• CPR certification required and TBTST within 90 days of employment.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills with knowledge of clinical and clerical operations.

Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting with daily clinical and clerical operations of the assigned walk‑in clinic(s). Works in collaboration with clinical team to provide quality care to patients and quality support to providers through consistent communication.

Qualifications

Education: Must be a high school graduate or the equivalent with GED. Must have completed a medical assistant program that meets certification eligibility requirements. License & Cert: Must be a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through American Medical Technologists (AMT) or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) through National Healthcareer Association (NHA) or National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) through National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) or Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC) through American Medical Certification Association (AMCA). CPR certification required. TBTST required within 90 days of employment.Addendums are required for 0153 Nurse Leader, 0249 Registry RN, 0252 Registered Nurse, 0235 Advanced Registered Nurse, and 0236 Expert Registered Nurse.
