Job summary

Bluetent, part of the Inhabit brand, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Marketing Associate (PPC focus) to set up, manage, and optimize campaigns for vacation rental clients. You’ll handle 30–45 accounts, focusing on paid search across Google and Microsoft Ads, with 30% budget work and 70% strategy and analysis.

The role requires client-facing communication, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with the team on multi-channel initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years at a digital agency in a client-facing Digital Advertising role.
• Experience setting up and managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of paid search as part of a digital marketing mix.
• Ability to interpret data in Google Analytics 4.
• Aptitude for data analysis and problem solving.
• Experience with Looker/Looker Studio reporting is a plus.
• Excellent communication with clients via email, phone, and video.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Google and Microsoft PPC accounts for vacation rental clients.
• Maintain client relationships and implement digital advertising strategies.
• Manage multiple accounts with competing priorities and optimize ROI.
• Provide budget recommendations based on seasonality and client goals.
• Analyze historical data and optimize online revenue and conversions.
• Provide monthly reports and participate in client strategy calls.
• Collaborate on multi-channel marketing initiatives and align paid search with other channels.
