Job summary

RMantra Solutions seeks a PPBE Analyst to support Crypto Modernization and PQC Budget Planning under a TS/SCI clearance. You will provide Program Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution support, focusing on cryptographic modernization funding and PQC initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing budget estimates, cost projections, POM planning, and financial reports; assess funding gaps; coordinate with DoD components; ensure budgeting aligns with strategic crypto modernization goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 12 years of DoD budgeting experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 14 years of experience.
• Experience with PPBE processes and cryptographic modernization budgeting is a plus.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is preferred or required for the role.
