Comoto Holdings is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to share responsibility for the store's success, coaching Sales Associates to meet sales goals, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will maintain product knowledge, support operations, and drive a strong, brand-aligned in-store experience while managing daily tasks and merchandising. This role offers full-time benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ sales management, product sales, customer service experience, ideally in a specialty retail environment.
• Experience with leading, coaching, mentoring, and/or teaching a team (retail or otherwise)
• Experience with computers (MS Excel) and POS systems (RetailPro)

Responsabilités

• Manage store team and oversee overall store success, including coaching and accountability.
• Hold Sales Associates accountable for meeting sales goals through friendly, enthusiastic service.
• Provide customers and team with in-depth information on product features and benefits.
• Assist with store operations: opening/closing, returns/store credit, special orders, task delegation.
