Job summary

River Valley Power & Sport in Red Wing, MN is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to help move parts, accessories, inventory, and vehicles between departments, vendors, and customers. This hands-on role keeps our dealership running and offers steady, year-round employment.

You'll receive on-the-job forklift training, work a 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule, and enjoy benefits and opportunities for advancement in Minnesota's largest powersports and marine dealership group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, or distribution preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory and freight.
• Package and ship parts and products to customers and vendors.
• Coordinate inventory transfers between Red Wing locations.
• Load, unload, and organize parts, boats, and powersports units.
• Deliver inventory to Sales, Parts, and Service departments.
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
