Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Las Vegas is seeking service technicians of all levels to join our growing team. You’ll perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft, following OEM procedures with our specialized tools.

We offer a flexible pay structure from $18 to $50 per hour based on experience and certifications, relocation assistance for qualified applicants, and paid factory training with clear paths to level up. Training and certifications are paid by us.

Qualifications

• Experience with motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or watercraft is a plus.
• Ability to read OEM procedures and use diagnostic tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level.
• Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe.
• Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources (provided by the facility).
• Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work.
• Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us).
