Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year experience in powersports or automotive industry with manufacturer certifications.
• Proven diagnostic and repair abilities with attention to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop and uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul powersports vehicles including bikes, ATVs, side-by-sides.
• Perform tire mounting, balancing, and basic alignment checks.
• Troubleshoot engines, transmissions, electrical issues; inspect frames.
• Replace defective parts and adjust brake components per specs.
• Disassemble/assemble engines and subassemblies for repair.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify component failures.
• Inspect and service drive chains, valve seats, and carbon buildup.
• Ensure quality workmanship and safe test runs.
