Job summary

Shoals Outdoor Sports in Alabama is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to handle in-store sales and outside events, from lead generation to closing. You will forecast monthly and yearly sales, expand our local customer base, and collaborate with the sales team to meet customer expectations. This is a full-time, salary plus commission role with a strong earning potential and benefits. A valid driver’s license is required and weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close including in-store sales and outside events.
• Develops and implements forecast of sales per month and yearly forecast commitment.
• Plans to expand the customer base in the market area and works with sales/support teams to meet customer expectations.
